php-html-common software package provides base class for other HTML classes, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-html-common
php-html-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-html-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-html-common *
You will get with php-html-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
